How it works
- Tell us what you need with the short form below. It takes about three minutes.
- Usually within one working day, you get a written quote in your client portal: what's included, the timeline and the price.
- Accept it there and pay the deposit by card (the first month for monthly services). Nothing is charged before you accept.
- We do the work. You see each milestone, approve designs and drafts, and send files and messages, all in the portal.
- We hand over. Projects pay the rest at handover; monthly services carry on until you ask us to stop.
Prices marked “from” depend on the size of the job and are confirmed in your quote. Advertising budgets are never part of our fee: you pay Google or Meta for your ads directly, from your own account. We don't promise rankings, followers or sales figures; we promise the work in your quote, done well and reported honestly.

Questions
Do I pay anything before I see a quote?
No. You get a written quote first. You only pay once you've accepted it, by card on Stripe's secure page.
How do deposits work?
For projects, the quote shows the deposit (usually 50%) paid to start, and the rest paid at handover. Monthly services are charged once a month, starting from the day you pay the first month.
Can I stop a monthly service?
Yes. Tell us before your next month starts and we stop billing; there's no long contract.
Who does the work?
VEXEN's own team, with vetted freelancers for some specialist work. You always deal with VEXEN, and everything is tracked in your portal.
Is the ad budget included in the ads management price?
No. Our fee covers setting up, running and reporting on your campaigns. You pay Google or Meta for the ads themselves, directly.
Do I need to use the VEXEN app?
No. You only need your email to use the client portal. If you'd like a CRM or live chat for your business afterwards, you can try VEXEN free.
